**Résumé des fonctions**

Diriger et aider les maîtres d'hôtel pour un nettoyage plus efficace. Garantir que la température de l'eau et les quantités de produits sont appropriés pour le nettoyage et enregistrées. Aider à la mise en place des plats du banquet. Aider les cuisiniers et la brigade pour différentes tâches en fonction des besoins. Fournir les articles dont les cuisiniers ont besoin. Aider lors des banquets et buffets en transportant les articles et en assurant des réserves suffisantes. Apporter les articles nettoyés dans les lieux adéquats. Utiliser et entretenir les outils et équipements de nettoyage, notamment les lave-vaisselle, les lave-mains, les bacs de lavage et les compacteurs de déchets. Aider la direction à embaucher, former, planifier, évaluer, conseiller, rappeler les règles de disciplines, motiver et accompagner les employés.

Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de sûreté et de sécurité de la compagnie ; signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au responsable ; suivre les formations et certifications sur la sécurité. S’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et recevoir les clients selon les standards de la compagnie, anticiper et répondre aux besoins des clients. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs. Assurer le respect des exigences et des standards de qualité. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et poser des charges pesant 23 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Pouvoir faire des mouvements d’extension et de flexion sur les genoux, notamment se pencher, se tourner, tirer, se baisser. Se déplacer sur des surfaces glissantes, inégales ou en pente. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
