HR Admin with Logistics and Accounts Background

Doha, Qatar Medical Supply Full time

Answering phone calls
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Taking notes and minutes in meetings
Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
Assist in loading/unloading, sorting, and stocking, and packaging orders
Responsible for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents
Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
Carry out clerical work, including typing, proofreading, and editing documents, correspondence, and reports for the admin and sales department
Provide support in the maintenance of electronic filing system for administrative documentation that guarantees swift retrieval of requested documents.
Assists the accountant in preparing sales invoice, quotations, etc.
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
