Urgent required **HR Admin Assistant** **for our Holding.**
**experience in Qatar is a must.**
**Responsibilities.**
- **Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitor**:
- **Prepares invoices, purchase orders, quotations, basic budgeting**:
- **Will handle payable to Ooredoo & Kharama**:
- **Carries out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.**:
- **Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.**:
- **Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.**
**Qualifications**:
- **Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking & written)**:
- **Must have knowledge in accounting**:
- **Flexible to work longer hours if required**:
- **MS Office Proficiency ( Excel - Vlook up, Pivot Table, PowerPoint, Word)**:
- **Mandatory working experience in Holding Company**:
- **Must be locally available in QATAR**:
- **with valid Qatar ID**
