**Job Overview**:
Rota International is seeking a professional and dynamic Information Desk Attendant to serve as the first point of contact. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage and direct incoming communications
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle basic administrative tasks and documentation
- Coordinate lost and found procedures
- Assist with event coordination and visitor management
- Provide way-finding assistance for visitors
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts
