5. To be a specialist in shawarma sandwich making, knowing the way, process, ingredients and technique.
6. To be creative with food presentation.
7. To use the correct portion size and understand the content of dishes.
8. To follow recipes accurately.
9. To comply with all food safety and hygiene legislation.
10. To have perfect personal grooming.
11. To be a team player, attentive to details and cost, have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and be coached to progress in the duties assigned to him.
