*Responsibilities: *
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate resources and allocate tasks effectively to project team members.
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
*Requirements: *
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination within the energy sector, with a focus on dolphin energy projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the energy industry.
- PMP certification is a plus
**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
