_**Job purpose**:_

Responsible for optimizing the use of computer network by identifying users, timing, disk space used, access restrictions and POS and software utilization in order to ensure reasonable use of the resources, advises and supports users as required. Monitor, maintain, configure and support all components of the Information Technology infrastructure at the head office and outlets location. Perform Network and Systems Support functions including support, diagnostics, security, network planning and design for future growth. Provide technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution.
- **Duties & Responsibilities**:_
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
- Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration, and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly.
- Train employees in using software and hardware and provide technical support when needed.
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.
- Setting up accounts for new users.

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- **Skills**:_
- Leading database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, My SQL and Operating System.
- Analytical skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Work under pressure.
- **Field Experience**:_

2 -4 years

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
