As a Project Management Office Manager (PMO), you would be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, create benchmarks for success and deliverables (including managing budgets) and plan work assignments that meet deadlines requirements while considering changes in budget or scope during the execution of the projects. Well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning budgeting, monitoring, execution and reporting the progress using project management methodologies such as blockchain and Lean Six Sigma.
- Ability to monitor and manage project budgets and tracking costs in order to meet allocated budget.
- Utilize industry best practice, technique, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Project scheduling planning and statistical analysis of the project progress for management review.
- Should have key understanding of business case and risk management process.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedule and work plan
- Manage and execute the complete handover of project area between project team and end user by foresee associated risk and contingency plan to be evaluated for successive operation.
- Create short-term and long-term plans including setting targets on each stage of project.
- Participating in tender process designing, review, submission and signoff of contracts.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed and execute justification for financing on project additions/ changes.
- Ensure effective decisions are made when presented with multiple options during the execution of project considering / balancing operational and financial impact.
- Plan and execute project area hygiene considering food safety/ health and safety risks. Zero tolerance for both risks.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications - External

**Essential**:

- Project management Professional certification and 7-10 years of project management or related experience.
- Six Sigma Black belt certification.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.

**Preferred**:

- Food Industry / catering industry work experience
- Airline industry work experience.
- Arabic language (i.e. required to do the job successfully over time, can be trained or would be advantageous but not imperative
