**Job Summary**:
The Fresh Chicken Cutter is responsible for preparing and cutting fresh chicken products in a safe, efficient, and sanitary manner. This includes the handling of raw poultry, trimming, deboning, and cutting chicken to meet specific standards. The position requires knowledge of food safety regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Chicken Preparation & Cutting**:

- Cut, trim, and debone fresh chicken according to company specifications and customer orders.
- Utilize knives, saws, or other equipment to cut chicken into portions (breasts, thighs, wings, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in size and quality of cuts, minimizing waste.
- **Sanitation & Food Safety**:

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols as set by the company and health regulations.
- Regularly clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow proper handling and storage procedures for raw chicken to avoid contamination.
- **Inventory & Reporting**:

- Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies or shortages.
- Assist with packaging and labeling of chicken cuts for customer orders.
- **Teamwork & Communication**:

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments (e.g., quality control, logistics).

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in poultry processing or meat cutting (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work in cold environments (refrigerated areas).
- Strong knife skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality cuts.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy products (up to 50 lbs).

**Work Environment**:

- Exposure to cold temperatures (refrigerated areas).
- Fast-paced production environment.
- Standing for long periods and repetitive tasks.
