**Job description**:
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious professional services organisation based in Doha, Qatar, who is looking to hire a Marketing Officer. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced generalist marketing professional with a strong knowledge of developing marketing strategies and campaigns.

**About the role**
This role will be heavily geared towards developing marketing strategies, building brand awareness and leading the activation of various marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for the promotion of the organisation through paid advertising, creating engaging content for website and social media platforms as well as video production with copy writing.

In addition, you will create a communication strategy, co-ordinate with suppliers to keep the inventory updated and work alongside creative agencies to implement campaigns.

**About you**

You should have a strong knowledge of Qatar and the region with flexibility to work extended hours where necessary to meet project deadlines. You must have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Arabic or French language is not essential, however, it would be highly advantageous. For this role, preference would be given to people on their own visa or spouse visa.
