We are looking for operations executive in a real estate company to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The operations executive is a key member of the team and will be the company’s focal point of contact for tenants and residents at our buildings. Operation Executive responsibilities include auditing financial documents and reconciling bank statements.

1. Responsible for issuing of new contracts for existing and new tenants in our real estates.

2. Manage all accounting transactions (cash and cheque deposits).

3. Responsible for developing cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheet on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

4. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

5. Handle monthly payroll disbursements

6. Prepare budget forecasts

7. Analyze accounts receivable ageing and follow up to ensure collection done in timely manner.

8. Maintain and develop a proper client database.

9. Plan and carry out marketing activities to achieve targets within the timelines.

10. Handles client’s complaints and keeps constant engagement until all issues are resolved.

**Job Requirements**:
1. 3+ experience in finance/accounting fields.

2. Currently present in Doha.

3. Advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with Bright Software is a plus.

4. Strong attention to details and excellent analytical skills

5. Speaks English fluently. Second language is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 01/01/2023
