As a Football Technical Administrative Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the technical and administrative aspects of football operations. You will work closely with coaching staff, players, and administrative personnel to ensure the smooth functioning of all football-related activities. Your duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- **Technical Oversight**:

- Collaborating with coaching staff to develop and implement training programs, tactics, and strategies.
- Monitoring player development and performance during training sessions and matches.
- Providing technical support and guidance to coaching staff as needed.
- **Administrative Management**:

- Managing player registrations, contracts, and transfers in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Organizing team travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and logistics.
- Handling administrative tasks related to match scheduling, equipment procurement, and facility management.
- Liaising with league officials, governing bodies, and other stakeholders on administrative matters.
- **Player Development**:

- Assisting in the identification and recruitment of talented players.
- Implementing development programs to enhance player skills and abilities.
- Monitoring player progress and providing feedback to coaching staff and management.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Ensuring compliance with all football regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Keeping abreast of changes in regulations and advising relevant parties accordingly.
- Handling disciplinary matters and ensuring fair play among players and staff.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Facilitating communication between coaching staff, players, management, and other departments.
- Conducting meetings and training sessions to disseminate information and coordinate activities.
- Resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner.

**Qualifications**:

- minimum license B in coaching
- Proven experience in football administration or coaching at a professional level.
- Strong knowledge of football rules, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

**Job Type**: Part-time
