Job Summary:
Zahrat Alshamal Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for guiding clients through the leasing process. This commission-based position offers a competitive structure ranging from 40% to 50%.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new properties to expand the company’s portfolio.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.
- Provide expert advice on leasing processes and address client inquiries.
- Negotiate lease agreements between landlords and tenants.
- Draft and review lease contracts to ensure compliance with Qatari real estate laws.
- Collaborate with property owners to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and industry partners.
- Keep detailed records of leasing activities and documentation.
- Support tenants during the move-in process and handle any initial concerns.
- Utilize company-provided leads or work independently using personal networks.
- Attend mandatory office meetings every Monday and Thursday.
- Enjoy the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining progress updates on the ClickUp platform.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Property Acquisition: Number of new properties added to the portfolio.
- Lead Conversion: Percentage of leads successfully converted into leases.
- Client Satisfaction: Feedback from clients after transactions.
- Viewings Conducted: Number of property tours held with potential clients.
- Deals Closed: Total number of finalized lease agreements per month.
- Time to Lease: Efficiency in completing leasing transactions.
- Revenue Generated: Total earnings from completed leases.
- Compliance: Adherence to Qatari real estate laws and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in leasing or a similar real estate role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client needs.
- Familiarity with Qatari real estate laws and leasing processes.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
