Job Title**:Executive Chef (Modern French Fusion Menu)**

**Job Overview**:We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Executive Chef with a deep passion for Modern French cuisine to lead our culinary team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, from menu creation and execution to staff management and food quality control. Your exceptional culinary skills, creative flair, and strong leadership abilities will be critical in delivering an extraordinary dining experience that showcases the best of Modern French cuisine.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and curate an innovative and contemporary Modern French menu that embodies the essence of French culinary traditions while incorporating modern techniques and flavors.
- Create visually stunning and flavorful dishes that highlight the highest quality ingredients, presenting guests with a memorable dining experience.
- Lead and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance their skills and foster a culture of culinary excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the restaurant management team to plan and coordinate menu changes, special events, and promotions, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for guests.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation, to ensure consistent quality, taste, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain strict standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, food costing, and procurement, optimizing resources and minimizing waste while maintaining profitability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the sourcing of premium and sustainable ingredients that align with the restaurant's quality standards.
- Stay abreast of current culinary trends, techniques, and innovations in Modern French cuisine, continuously elevating the menu offerings and inspiring the culinary team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication, teamwork, and professional growth among the kitchen staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining establishment, specializing in Modern French cuisine.
- Extensive knowledge of French culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredients, coupled with a creative and contemporary approach to cooking.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to consistently deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
- Exceptional culinary skills, demonstrated through the creation of visually stunning and delicious dishes.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, ensuring efficient kitchen operations and adherence to service timelines.
- In-depth understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and menu engineering to drive profitability.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, adapting to dynamic situations and resolving issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with the management team, staff, and suppliers.
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications are preferred, along with a proven commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
