**Job Title**: BMS Project Manager

**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced **BMS Project Manager** to join our growing team and oversee the successful delivery of BMS projects. As the BMS Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and overseeing the implementation of building management systems projects from initiation through to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, resources, budgets, and ensuring that each project is completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that the project meets technical, quality, and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of BMS projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring successful delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for project completion.
- Ensure that BMS system designs and installations comply with industry standards, specifications, and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and ensure that work is being carried out safely and to quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the commissioning team to ensure smooth system handover and client satisfaction.
- Manage risk and resolve any project challenges or roadblocks proactively.

**Key Skills**:

- Project Management Expertise in overseeing the planning, organization, coordination, execution, and operations & control of ELV Systems, including BMS, SCADA, FAS, CCTV, ACS, PAS, Lighting Control, and Central Battery systems.
- Strong leadership in Construction Management and System Integration for Electronics Security and Control Systems, working closely with system integrators to guarantee efficient and timely project completion.
- Ability to understand complex technical project requirements and consistently meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and execution across multiple disciplines to ensure successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strong troubleshooting and rectification skills.
- Ability to handle service projects and communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficiency with Siemens BMS systems is highly advantageous.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience managing BMS or building automation projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments and manage cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong knowledge of BMS technologies, systems, and industry standards.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Expertise in maintaining comprehensive MIS documentation for all projects, ensuring accurate record-keeping, reporting, and tracking of project progress and performance metrics.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- PMP, CBM, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
