**Duties and responsibilities related to the Associate Director of Sales **role**:
- Drive sales strategies customized for hotel offerings and market dynamics.
- Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to boost room bookings and event sales.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting targets and providing continual support.
- Analyse occupancy trends and guest feedback to refine pricing and promotional tactics.
- Coordinate sales efforts for special events and group bookings, ensuring flawless execution and guest contentment.
- Collaborate with hotel departments like marketing and operations to elevate guest experience and revenue generation.
**Qualification**:
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager in a luxury international brand hotel.
- Good understanding of selling techniques and marketing approaches.
