**Role Brief**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Cleaning and Sanitizing**:Perform thorough cleaning of residential apartments, including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common areas. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to established standards.
**2. Dusting and Polishing**: Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
**3. Floor Care**:Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors throughout the apartment. Pay special attention to high-traffic areas and ensure proper care of different flooring materials.
**4. Kitchen Maintenance**:Clean appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinets. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in a hygienic manner.
**5. Bathroom Cleaning**:Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and mirrors. Replenish bathroom supplies such as toiletries and towels.
**6. Organization**: Maintain organization and tidiness within the apartment, including arranging items and furniture as needed.
**7. Special Requests**:Accommodate special requests from residents regarding cleaning preferences or additional tasks.
**8. Communication**:Communicate effectively with residents and property management regarding any maintenance issues, supply needs, or scheduling concerns.
**Job Requirements**:
**1. Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a housekeeper in residential settings, with a proven track record of reliability and efficiency.
**2. Attention to Detail**:Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
**3. Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
**4. Reliability**:Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to completing tasks on time and with accuracy.
**5. Communication Skills**:Good communication skills to understand residents' preferences and effectively communicate with them and the management team.
**6. Discretion**:Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of residents.
**7. Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on the needs of the residents.
**8. Legal Eligibility**: Must be legally eligible to work in the country/state of employment.
**9. References**:Strong references from previous employers or clients demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
**10. Language Skills**:Proficiency in English language is mandatory.
