Female Housekeeper

**Job Brief**

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean, dust, and mop all assigned rooms and areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces).
- Vacuum carpets, wipe surfaces, and sanitize bathrooms.
- Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens.
- Change bed linens and make beds according to established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including closets, laundry areas, and storage.
- Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, and folding clothes and linens.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as required, including carpet shampooing, window washing, etc.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to clients' requests.

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery.
- Familiarity with sanitation and safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
- Physically capable of performing tasks such as standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience working in residential or hospitality settings is an advantage.
