Food and Beverage Storekeeper

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records of all food and beverage items, including dry goods, frozen items, and perishables.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all food and beverage items to the appropriate dining outlets.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders for items as needed, taking into consideration lead times and storage capacity.
- Ensure that all storage areas are organized, clean, and compliant with food safety regulations.
- Work with the food and beverage team to identify items that are overstocked, understocked, or have low turnover rates, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for food and beverage inventory needs.
- Provide training and support to food and beverage team members on inventory management procedures.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a food and beverage inventory management role.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
