Insurance Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process and verify insurance claims for outpatient services, including Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dental, Dermatology, Internal Medicine, and Pharmacy.
- Liaise with insurance providers to ensure timely approval and settlement of claims.
- Handle pre-authorizations, claim submission, rejections, and resubmissions as necessary.
- Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage, benefits, and claims processing.
- Maintain accurate records of all insurance-related transactions and documentation.
- Stay updated on insurance policies, procedures, and changes in guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Address and resolve any issues related to insurance claims or discrepancies.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a healthcare setting in Qatar.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with Qatar’s health insurance regulations and experience with claim submission and follow-up processes.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
