**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Manages, establishes, and maintains good public relations with government agencies/departments in Qatar.
- Manages and maintains a complete understanding of current rules, regulations, and procedures in the government sector, such as Qatar Immigration, CID, Traffic department, Health Authority, MOL, MOJ, MOFA, Embassy, Kahramaa etc.
- Ensure immigration/ministry processes are complete timeously such as Resident Permits, Drivers Licenses, Visas, CID procedures etc.
- Responsible for managing and ensuring a flow of communication in keeping up-to-date Qatar policies and procedures between the internal Operations and Government Relations Departments.
- Update relevant internal departments on issues, risks, and statuses of immigration or government processes and provide relevant solutions.
- Responsible for creating reports as required by management.
- Perform and maintain all related to public relations as per client requirements.
- Manage the allocated petty cash expenditure through maintaining original receipts and through timely preparation of expense reports.
- Processes government transactions and organizes visits to government agencies in an efficient and timely manner to minimize cost and avoid penalties and additional fees.
- Maintain relevant administration documents for all types of immigration transactions.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
- High school degree. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
