**Job Overview**:
The Marketing Manager for the Premium Motorbike Brand is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to promote the brand, increase market share, and drive sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the premium motorcycle industry, target customers, and brand positioning to create impactful campaigns that resonate with motorbike enthusiasts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the brand's goals and objectives, focusing on brand positioning, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, ensuring the brand remains competitive and relevant.
- Define and maintain a consistent brand message across all marketing channels, ensuring alignment with the premium nature of the motorbike brand.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling content, visuals, and promotional materials that highlight the brand’s unique selling points (USPs) and premium features.
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, events, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
- Oversee the production of marketing assets, including print ads, online ads, videos, and brochures.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive optimization and improvement.
- Manage the brand’s website, ensuring it is updated, visually appealing, and optimized for lead generation.
- Plan and execute marketing events, including bike shows, product launches, test ride events, and dealership activations to engage with current and potential customers.
- Build and nurture relationships with motorbike communities, clubs, and influencers to enhance brand awareness and credibility within the industry.
- Develop and manage CRM strategies to maintain relationships with existing customers, drive customer loyalty, and encourage repeat purchases.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for targeted marketing initiatives.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that align with the brand’s values and target audience.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with media partners, influencers, and event organizers.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Track and report on marketing expenditures, providing insights into cost-effective strategies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the premium automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns for premium or luxury brands.
**Industry Knowledge**:
- Strong understanding of the motorbike market, including consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Passion for motorbikes and familiarity with premium motorbike brands.
**Technical Skills**:
- Experience in CRM systems and data-driven marketing approaches.
**Soft Skills**:
