**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all kitchen operations adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Occasionally interact with guests to share insights about the pastry offerings, enhancing their dining experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on pastry.
- Strong background in both hot and cold kitchen operations, showcasing versatility and comprehensive culinary knowledge.
- Proven track record of innovative dessert creation and menu development in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
