As an Customer Account Manager you must be proactive and passionate about company services and the clients they serve. You will act as a point of contact for your clients and build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with your contacts, always striving to find the services which best fit the individual needs of the client.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain service value.
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes (invoices and others).
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Identifying industry trends and keeping up to date with Qatari regulations.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the service experience.
- Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction in order to prevent account loss.
- Meeting performance metrics as communicated by the company.
- Maintain confidentiality on all work-related topics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
