Jnr. IT Support

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
2. Able manage networks infrastructure: Monitor and maintain network connectivity by necessary tools, also setup new connections as per requirement. Up to level-2 troubleshoot, understand the topology, and resolve issues. Proficiency in router, switches, patch panel, VPN and Firewall

3. Able to manage printers and fax devices: Setup printers, configure in client computers, order, and maintain supplies (toner/cartridge) and load paper schedule basis and troubleshoots and repair.

5. Provide end-user support: Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs and conduct up to level-2 troubleshooting to solve the issue.

6. IT asset management: Manage, monitor, and maintain assets (assignment and movement), Including procedural documentations and relevant reports.

9. Well communication: Talk to staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues as well as with 3rd party suppliers & vendors.

10. Able to work with vending machines related IoT technologies: Handle IOT device and install software and firmware. Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system. Perform onsite installation. Monitor, generate reports and identify issues, conduct level-1 support.

12. Designing skills and knowledge: (Photoshop or Illustrator)

13. Willing to work on site when necessary.

14. Cooperation: Provide hands-on assistance to the IT Manager in the event it is required and always adhere to department goals.

15. Documentation and Reporting: Establish and maintain well written documents and reports as necessary.

16. Experienced in Biometric attendance solution: Shifts assignments and Reporting extraction. Level-1 troubleshoots.

17. Experience in server-client architecture: Active directory / Storage server

18. Experience with firewall implementation.

19. Analytical skills: (costs, performance, security, and risk etc.)

20. Strategic and knowledge oriented.

**Skills**:
1. Successfully completed undergraduate program in well-established university/collage in information technology or relevant.

3. Having a minimum of 2 years prior experience as IT support or a relevant position.

4. Must have a desire to develop interpersonal and technical skills necessary for an IT Support position and such above average IQ range, analytical and critical thinking.

5. Must be able to follow verbal and written directions and work in a team environment.

6. Constantly knowledge seeking, Drive to improve.

7. Able to priorities and manage multiple open cases at one time.

8. Must be motivated and a self-starting individual requiring little oversight to complete tasks in a timely manner after initial direction is provided.

9. Rapidly establish a good working relationship between staff and suppliers.

10. Rapidly test and evaluate new technologies.

11. Honest and ethical conduct.

12. Well utilize work hours to close pending tasks.

13. Output daily productivity with sort term objectives.

14. Seeking and positivity on additional tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
