**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently by all team members, resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control.
- Monitor sales performance and trends, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing appropriate action plans.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet business needs.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work culture.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

**Experience**:

- As Assistant Branch Manager in Retail Background: 5 years (preferred)
