Contribuye con conocimientos generales y de tecnología para ofrecer apoyo de primer y segundo nível, así como servicio de solución de fallos (reparaciones, instalaciones, mantenimiento de todos los sistemas de la propiedad y relacionados) en varias unidades. Trabaja, por lo general, bajo supervisión y directrices bien definidas para completar una serie de tareas rutinarias. Es responsable de realizar reparaciones, instalaciones y mantenimiento en tecnologías de la propiedad y relacionadas. Dispone de conocimientos de equipos/procesos tecnológicos y tecnologías propiedad de Marriott. Es responsable de cumplir las directrices de Marriott establecidas en ISM (administración de sistemas informáticos) y SOP (procedimientos de operación estándar).

Cumple todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía, e informar al gerente sobre accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo peligrosas. Mantiene la privacidad de la información propiedad de la compañía; protege sus bienes. Se ocupa de las necesidades de los huéspedes; ayuda a otros empleados. Hablar con otras personas usando un lenguaje claro y profesional; contestar los teléfonos usando la etiqueta apropiada. Sirve como modelo ejemplar y primer punto de contacto del proceso de garantía de tratamiento justo/política de puertas abiertas. Desarrolla y mantiene relaciones de trabajo positivas con otras personas y apoyar al equipo para lograr las metas comunes. Se atiene a las expectativas y normas de calidad; identifica, recomienda, desarrolla e introduce nuevos métodos para aumentar la eficacia, productividad, calidad, seguridad y el ahorro de la organización. Puede mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y colocar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 50 libras (22,5 kg) o menos. Puede estar de pie, sentado o caminar durante períodos prolongados. Ingresa y localiza información usando computadoras o sistemas de punto de ventas (POS). Puede subir y bajar escaleras/rampas. Efectúa otras tareas de trabajo razonables solicitadas por sus supervisores.
