Contribue des connaissances et des compétences générales de nature technologiques afin de fournir un soutien de premier niveau et parfois de second niveau, ainsi qu'un service de réparation (réparations, installations, entretien de tous les biens et systèmes de la propriété ci-dessus) à de nombreux services. Travaille généralement sous supervision et dans le cadre des lignes directrices bien établies pour effectuer les tâches de routine. Est responsable d'effectuer les réparations, les installations et l'entretien de tous les biens et de toutes les technologies de la propriété ci-dessus. Doit connaître les équipements et les processus de technologie, ainsi que les technologies exclusives de Marriott. Est responsable de suivre les lignes directrices de Marriott sous la forme de notes de service internes et de procédure opérationnelle normalisée.

Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne; rapporter les accidents, les blessures et toutes les conditions de travail considérées comme étant dangereuses au responsable. Respecter la confidentialité des renseignements exclusifs; protéger les biens de l'entreprise. Traiter les besoins de service des clients; aider les autres employés. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication; répondre au téléphone en utilisant l’étiquette appropriée. Servir de modèle de rôle et de premier point de contact pour le processus de Garantie de traitement équitable et de Politique de la porte ouverte. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs Assurer le respect des attentes et des normes de qualité et identifier, recommander, développer et mettre en œuvre de nouveaux moyens d’accroître l’efficacité organisationnelle, la productivité, la qualité, la sécurité et/ou de réaliser des économies. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 50 livres (22,8 kg) sans assistance. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Saisir et retrouver de l'information à l'aide d'ordinateurs et de systèmes de point de vente. Monter et descendre les escaliers et les rampes de service. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.

QUALIFICATIONS RECOMMANDÉES

Niveau d’études: Diplôme universitaire ou collégial ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.

Expérience de travail connexe: Au moins 2 ans d’expérience de travail connexe.

Expérience de supervision: Aucune expérience de supervision.
