**Overview**: As a Commis Chef, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, supporting the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef in various kitchen operations. The Commis Chef is responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and working closely with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food to our guests.

**Responsibilities**:
Food Preparation and Cooking:

- Assist in preparing ingredients and mise en place for dishes as per the direction of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Participate in cooking and assembling dishes under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.

Kitchen Operations:

- Support the Chef de Partie and other team members in various kitchen tasks during service.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow standard recipes and plating guidelines to uphold presentation standards.

Food Safety and Hygiene:

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Properly handle and store food items, following guidelines to prevent contamination and spoilage.
- Report any safety or maintenance issues to the Chef de Partie or relevant authority.

Learning and Development:

- Show eagerness to learn and grow as a culinary professional, taking guidance from senior kitchen staff.
