About the role

Other key responsibilities are:

- Work closely with respective business stakeholders such as Cabin Services, Catering Services, Ground Services, Lounges Representatives, Digital, Commercial and other business units to understand and capture their problem statement, identify opportunities and convey them to IT technical team into technical specifications, design and business/scope requirements
- Responsible of ensuring consistency and quality of standards and processes are implemented and adhered across the team, whilst the entire process of software development.
- Organize sessions to establish UX, UI, back-end deliverables, ensuring delivery is in line with standards and expectations.
- Collaborate with other managers from various business departments to ensure cross-project dependencies are managed effectively by identifying risks, issues and technical challenges. Proactively work with other business units within Finance, IT, Catering Services, Cabin Services and relevant business units to resolve impediments.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external IT, UX/UI designers to ensure timely delivery of product enhancement release and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT on the overall digital product roadmap, priorities, objectives and expected impact of new features in order to be able document and prioritize digital product features and user feedback.
- Work with Head of Department in defining business strategic direction for Horizon Programme, recommend and discuss innovations and tactics to Head of Department that promotes the business revenue and product portfolio, including e-commerce packages and other value added components
- Responsible for constructing budget proposal to Head of Department relevant to Horizon Programme enhancement plan.
- Conduct PPM with reportees, ensuring KPls are met and capable of setting development plans if required. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed b the Head of the Department.
- Create presentations for product concepts and present to internal and external teams.
- Develop memorandums, guidelines for service processes and construct Service Level Agreements with stakeholders

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Product Development & Design - Horizon Team.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
- 6+ years of job-related experience
- Proven experience in software development and management, with experience in managing software development teams
- Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Products) — Expert level
- Fluent in English — Reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Results driven, excellent time and project management skills.
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
