Front Desk Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a self-motivated and competent Front Desk Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.
**qualifications**:
- Knowledge in CRM use
- Excellent written and verbal skill
- Organized, deadline-oriented
- Langueges: English (required)
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide HR and Administrative Support.
- Assign phone call leads
- Leasing Agreement preparation and tracker.
- Preparation of different reports such as unit availabilities and pending commissions from both Landlords and Clients.
- Assist clients with any queries concerning the property, payments, and lease agreement.
- Assist agents with contract signing and payment handover.
- Preparation of invoices and payment receipts.
- Coordinate with other partnered Real Estate companies for unit availabilities.
- Coordinate with partnered facility management companies and making sure that units are properly organized prior to handover with clients.
Contract length: 12 months
Expected Start Date: 11/1/2021

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
