We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate ABA Therapist to join our team. The therapist will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

**Responsibilities**:

- **Provide One-on-One Therapy Sessions**: Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients with ASD, implementing behavior intervention plans as developed by the BCBA.
- **Data Collection**: Implement data collection as directed by the BCBA, accurately recording session progress and client responses.
- **Support in Assessments**: Assist the BCBA in conducting functional assessments by providing observational data and support during assessment sessions.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members, contributing observational data to inform the development and evaluation of treatment plans.
- **Effective Communication**: Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's treatment process.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and other required reports.

**Requirements**:

- **Certification**: Must hold RBT certification issued by The Behavior Analyst Certification Board or ABAT certification issued by Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board.
- **Experience**: Prior experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
- **ABA Knowledge**: Familiarity with behavior modification techniques and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
