To be successful in this role you will be responsible to perform allocated task of cleaning all areas / equipment’s in accordance to Food Safety and hygiene standards under guidance of a Senior Cleaner / Shift in charge

To achieve success in this role you will need to:
- Responsible to carry out cleaning of assigned area within the entire facility including external and peripheral areas- Cleaning of areas including staff facility lockers and toilets.- Safe handling & cleaning of sophisticated machinery and sensitive production equipment.- Cleaning areas include staff facility lockers and toilets.- Use correct cleaning materials, chemicals and detergents Comply with Safety procedures to avoid accidents incidents.- Adhere to Food safety & Hygiene standards.- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Essential- Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Preferred- High School Qualification- General cleaning experience with any Flight Catering unit / 5 Star Hotel
