We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Executive to join our team and help shape our future leaders.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Training Program Development**:

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and impactful training programs tailored to the needs of various departments and roles within the organization.
- Ensure all training materials and content are up-to-date and relevant to current industry standards and organizational goals.
- ** Needs Assessment**:

- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify training gaps and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to determine specific training requirements and priorities.
- ** Training Delivery**:

- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring a high level of engagement and effectiveness.
- Utilize a variety of training methods and tools, including e-learning platforms, to deliver content.
- ** Evaluation and Feedback**:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Implement improvements based on feedback and training outcomes to continuously enhance the learning experience.
- ** Talent Development**:

- Support the development of individual career paths and succession plans within the organization.
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve their professional growth and career objectives.
- ** Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure that all training initiatives comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
- ** Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the HR team to integrate learning and development strategies with overall HR initiatives and organizational goals.
- Partner with external vendors and training providers as needed to enhance the learning offerings.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored programs.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
