**Overview**:
The Recreational Park Manager is responsible for the overall management and operations of the park, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained environment for visitors. This role involves overseeing kiosk rentals, managing outdoor spaces, and coordinating underground parking facilities. Previous hospitality experience, particularly as a General Manager (GM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM) in a hotel, is highly desired.

**Brief Role Description**

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of the park, ensuring all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Manage the logistics and maintenance of outdoor green areas and amenities

**Kiosk Management**:

- Supervise kiosk rental operations, including vendor relations, scheduling, and maintenance.
- Market kiosk rental opportunities to local businesses and community members.

**Parking Facilities Oversight**:

- Manage the underground garage for monthly and daily parking, optimizing space usage and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop efficient parking management strategies.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Provide outstanding service to park visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Create and implement engaging programs and events to enhance the visitor experience.

**Financial Management**:

- Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for park operations.
- Monitor revenue from kiosk rentals and parking fees; suggest pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

**Staff Supervision**:

- Recruit, train, and manage park staff and volunteers, fostering a positive work environment.
- Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage for park operations.

**Community Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and park visitors.
- Promote Park events and activities through social media and local marketing efforts.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain emergency response protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Park Management, Recreation, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in facility management, hospitality, or a related role.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using management software and tools.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Proven track record in customer service and staff management
- Knowledge in sales and leasing, QHSE, procurement, finance, cost control and commercial awareness.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and operational management.
- Holding a Qatari Driving license is a plus.

The salary includes the accommodation and transportation allowance.

Pay: From QAR17,000.00 per month
