**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preparation and Cooking**: Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of Italian pasta dishes and pizzas following established recipes and procedures.
- **Ingredient Handling**: Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared in advance for cooking.
- **Kitchen Support**: Support senior chefs in various kitchen duties, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and baking pizza dough.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring each dish is prepared to perfection.
- **Cleanliness and Safety**: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring kitchen inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- **Customer Service**: Occasionally interact with customers to receive feedback and make adjustments to dishes as required.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary school training or equivalent experience is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably with a focus on Italian cuisine.
- **Skills**: Basic knowledge of Italian cooking techniques, particularly pasta and pizza making. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- **Attributes**: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work under pressure.
- **Certifications**: Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting heavy pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-heat environment.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
