Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for company employees such as booking flights, hotels etc.

Prepare necessary support documents for the PRO.

Coordinate office activities and liase with company clients.

Maintain accurate data and records in spreadsheets using Excel.

Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings. Take minutes and follow up as needed.

Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitor.

Carries out administrative duties such as drafting letters filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

Excellent Communication skills in English & Arabic

MS office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

**Experience**

Admin: 3 -5 Years in Qatar

**Languages**

Arabic and English (Preferably Arabic native speaker)
