Hse Officer

Job Description:
We're hiring an experienced HSE Officer to join our team at Nask Chemical Solutions factory. You'll be responsible for ensuring a safe workplace, with a focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance. If you have 3-5 years of experience in this field and are proficient in MS Office, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Report and document all incidents and hazards, ensuring accuracy and prompt communication with the HR Department.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate safety training programs for employees.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
- Utilize MS Office for report writing and data analysis.
- Continuously improve HSE processes and procedures.
- Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation.
- Participate in detailed incident investigations and root Cause Analysis.
- Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment, encourage safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately and report it withing the appropriate time to the proper personnel.
- Maintain positive and proactive relations with manager and employees, as well as our visitors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in a chemical factory.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NEBOSH (General Certificate) qualified or working towards NEBOSH certificate accreditation.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,500.00 per month
