As the E-Commerce Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations of an online platform. Your role encompasses tasks like enhancing website traffic, ensuring profitable growth, and maintaining a strong brand image for the online store. You'll also be responsible for overseeing the product supply-chain and ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 5 years of extensive e-commerce and online business development experience.
- Previous experience in an e-commerce management role, with exposure to managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.

Job-specific Skills:

- Background in a similar role, involving management of an e-commerce website across multiple regions, including content and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital project management.
- Strong understanding of optimizing user journeys to improve overall customer experience.

Technical Proficiency:

- Proficiency in Magento, a widely-used e-commerce platform.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing website performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and growing our online presence. Your experience in e-commerce strategy, P&L management, and optimizing user experiences will be essential in driving our online sales and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
