**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and Implement Strategies**: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies designed to meet and exceed company targets while significantly increasing market share. These strategies should be data-driven and aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- **Leadership and Team Development**: Provide inspirational leadership, management, and motivation to the sales team to ensure optimal performance. Foster an environment that supports professional growth and development, encouraging team members to achieve their full potential.
- **Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification**: Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activities to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities. This proactive approach will be integral to expanding Gossy’s customer base and reaching untapped market segments.
- **Client and Stakeholder Relations**: Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and partners within the premium apparel sector. Ensure these relationships contribute to the company’s reputation and drive business growth.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing strategic insights and recommendations based on quantitative data and industry knowledge.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work in close collaboration with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute compelling promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with sales objectives and customer engagement goals.
- **Competitive Monitoring and Strategic Improvement**: Continuously monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify threats and opportunities. Develop innovative strategies to maintain and improve Gossy’s competitive position in the marketplace.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles.
- **Professional Experience**: At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales management within the fashion or apparel industry, showcasing expertise and leadership capabilities.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and guide a sales team toward ambitious targets.
- **Communication and Negotiation**: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities are essential, with the capacity to influence and build long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- **Sales Process Expertise**: Proven proficiency in driving the sales process from initial planning to successful closure, highlighting strong strategic acumen.
- **Strategic and Customer Focused**: A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach, ensuring alignment with market demands and client expectations.
- **Technical Proficiency**: High proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, enabling efficient sales tracking and management.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in Hindi/Urdu, English, and Arabic is preferred but not mandatory, to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
