**Company Overview**:
Our client is a prominent global property developer known for their commitment to excellence in real estate development and management. With a strong presence in numerous countries around the world, our client specialises in creating exceptional living environments that meet the highest standards of quality and luxury. Recently, our client has acquired 3 residential towers in Lusail City, Qatar, and is now seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee their management, including snagging and maintenance issues to raise the standard of the towers.

**Position Overview**:
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of three residential towers in Lusail City, Qatar, on behalf of our esteemed global property developer client.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential towers, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
- Manage a team of maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify any maintenance issues or safety concerns and take appropriate action to address them.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and manage the facilities budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as property management and leasing, to ensure a seamless experience for residents.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in facilities management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the residential real estate sector.
- Must speak fluent Arabic.
- No sponsorship offered on this position.
- Strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Knowledge of local regulations and building codes in Qatar.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving cost savings.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM) is a plus.
