We are currently recruiting for Resident DJ for one of the most dynamic and exciting leisure venues in Doha. West Bay beach, under the management of Discover Qatar, comprises 3 absolute beachfront fully licensed venues;
- Doha Sands, an exclusive and private beach club for in house guests staying at participating West Bay hotels
- The Bistro: a fully licensed restaurant, open from 7am until midnight with a capacity of 200, serving light casual meals and also catering for special events, movie and sports event screenings and private groups.
- B12 Beach Club, Qatar’s largest private beach club featuring the largest inflatable in the country, a range of international food and beverage outlets, general admission and VIP sections, a resident DJ and popular weekend brunches.

In this role you are required to act as both an Activity Host and DJ. Responsible for engaging WBB guests and creating a fun and entertaining environment.

You will also be responsible for engaging with listeners, queueing up playlists, presenting commercials, performing interviews, taking music requests and generating interest at WBB. May be required to MC public events and perform meet and greets.

Other key responsibilities are:

- Create an environment where guests will enjoy participating in scheduled events and parties including venue offerings and promotions.
- Engage guests with infinite amounts of energy and music, in addition reviewing the weekly and daily playlist.
- Host and participate in different parties and other events. Socialize with guests as needed, accepting requests when suitable.
- Manage WBB music equipment ensuring no tampering, properly covering & sealing the equipment and conducting frequent stock checks.
- Setting equipment at the venue before the function begins, operating lighting and visual effects in time to the beat.
- Selecting music to suit the audience and occasion in case of any events, and to be played at the Bistro.
- Complies with all company procedures, safety rules & regulations.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with:

- High school certificate or similar.
- Minimum of 6-12 months previous experience in similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- Previous Beach Club Experience is desired.
- Ability to Work in Beach Venue Conditions (Indoor & Outdoor)
