**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instrument Calibration & Maintenance**: Perform routine calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory and production instruments. Ensure all instruments are calibrated according to industry standards and manufacturer's specifications. Document all calibration procedures, results, and adjustments.
- **Testing and Inspection**: Conduct tests to ensure the functionality, accuracy, and reliability of instruments. Inspect instruments for wear, tear, and damage, and make recommendations for repairs or replacements. Ensure that instruments meet regulatory and safety standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Verify and validate that instruments are operating within acceptable tolerance ranges. Perform quality control checks on instruments and their outputs to ensure consistent performance. Track and report on quality control metrics and instrument performance.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards (such as ISO 9001, GMP, FDA regulations, etc.). Maintain records of calibration, maintenance, and QC testing for audit purposes.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records and reports of instrument performance and maintenance. Generate reports for management, highlighting issues, repairs, or potential areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., R&D, manufacturing, production) to resolve instrument-related issues. Provide training and support to other staff on the use of instruments and best practices for maintaining quality standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
