The position of customer service consists of interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about the benefits and to handle and resolve complaints.
- Handling incoming & outgoing calls.
- Competent speaker with thorough knowledge of English & Hindi. Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Attend the needs of the branches such as complaints, pending transaction and other issues in the branch
- Coordinate with supervisor or Manager for any damages, missing item and exchange items or requesting new item.
- Maintain customer data base
- Computer literate with good numeracy & drafting skills.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Conduct after sales transaction or follow up call regarding the customer complaints
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer’s problems.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and other issues
- Provide customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner.
- Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Co-ordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including excellent questioning and listening skills and the ability to communicate with people of different Nationalities.
- Strong customer service ethic.
- Work well in a team.
- Reliable and ethical, respecting customers’ confidentiality.
- Organized and methodical, with good attention to details.
- Manage or handle the department independently.
- Handle work pressure.

Job Location & Accomodation in Industrial Area.

**Salary**: 2500/- (Food+Accomodation will be provided by the company), For females we have separate accommodation or accommodation allowance as per company.

Note: This is urgent requirement, applicant should join immediately. Visa or Sponsor ship transfer is mandatory. Kindly carry your NOC along with you while coming for the interview.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
