Job Description**:Male Junior Accountant (with Qatar driving license)**

Monthly Salary**: QAR 2,500 plus FREE accommodation and transportation**

**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting**:

- Assist senior accountants in maintaining accurate financial records by entering data, verifying documents, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
- Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes.

**Administrative**:

- Complete bank deposits and other financial errands as needed.
- Assist in maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems for financial documents.
- Provide support in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

**Driving**:

- Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and materials as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine checks and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and drive responsibly at all times.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Skills**:

- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Responsible and safe driving record.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in driving and operating vehicles safely.

**Other Requirements**:

- A valid Qatar driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to balance accounting and driving responsibilities.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods.
- Lift and carry moderately heavy items, such as office supplies and materials.

**Salary**: From QAR2,500.00 per month
