We are looking for a reliable and experienced **Safety Officer** to join our team. As a Safety Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring workplace safety by developing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and providing training to staff.

As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. You will provide essential safety training, investigate accidents, and help foster a culture of safety throughout the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
- Provide safety training and orientation to employees.
- Investigate workplace accidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Foster a safety-conscious work environment and encourage hazard reporting.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures, risk management, and accident investigation.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve safety hazards.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR) are a plus.

**Working Hours**:

- 8-hour workday

Pay: From QAR4,500.00 per month
