**Partner with the best**

Responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and basic maintenance activities on BH site/property. These activities contribute to the operations related maintenance, repair and refurbishment of WLS equipment operated by BH.

As a Services Specialist - On Site Services, you will be responsible for:

- Providing field support, field service delivery and customer training of products and resources to both our external and internal customers globally
- _ Ensuring sound equipment record keeping and following up with regulatory requirements_
- _ Liaising with 3rd party vendors to achieve in time delivery targets_
- Assisting in providing customer technical and operational feedback with close interaction with the WL team
- Preparing rental assets, including but not limited to maintenance, testing, fault finding, repair and shipment
- Supporting remotely including customer training, operation preparation and operations
- Supporting and promoting best practices involved in the processes and requirements of BH’s policies and procedures

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have minimum 5 years of experience in Baker Hughes Wireline Services
- Have experience of working in an offshore field environment.
- Be able to arrange mobilization of the WLS equipment for ad-hoc trips offshore as required
- Have the ability to lead a team of field operators to achieve shared goals and results focused
- Be able to work under pressure and have a willingness to work in varying conditions
