We are Currently hiring Lead Carpenter for **Interior & Fitout with Immediate Visa Transfer & NOC.**

As a Lead Carpenter specializing in the Interior, Events, and Fitout Industry, you will play a critical role in overseeing carpentry projects, managing a team of carpenters, and ensuring the successful execution of interior design, event setups, and fitout installations. Your expertise in carpentry and construction will be essential in delivering high-quality, custom-built solutions for various projects.

Duties:

- Manage and oversee carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Perform skilled carpentry work, including framing, installation of cabinetry, millwork, trim, and finishing.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all carpentry tasks, maintaining high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Procure and manage materials, tools, and equipment required for carpentry projects, ensuring availability and compliance with project specifications.
- Optimize material usage and minimize waste to control project costs.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment for the team.
- Conduct quality inspections at various stages of the project to ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges or obstacles encountered during carpentry projects, employing creative problem-solving skills and practical solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including work orders, change orders, and project reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new techniques in carpentry and construction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Salary will be discussed Post-Interview.**
