**Descripción del Trabajo**

Construir, instalar, mantener y reparar pisos, paredes y mamparas. Ensamblar, reparar y reemplazar bastidores de cama, puertas de clóset, armarios, tocadores, etc. Colocar y reparar acabados, concreto, estuco, yeso y sistemas aislantes de acabado para exteriores (Exterior Insulation Finishing System, EIFS). Aplicar y quitar imprimadores, pinturas selladoras, colorantes, barnices, esmaltes y otros acabados. Hacer armazones ocultos para puertas, marcos, ventanas y armarios. Reparar, mantener y construir estructuras de madera, tales como mamparas, puertas, muebles y elementos similares. Realizar pedidos de mercadería, además de rellenar requisiciones. Asistir a la gerencia en la contratación, capacitación, programación, evaluación, asesoramiento, disciplina, motivación y entrenamiento de los empleados; servir como ejemplo.
