Job Description: Sales Representative (Uniform Arena)

Uniform Arena is a leading provider of high-quality uniforms and workwear solutions in Qatar. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the growth and success of Uniform Arena.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Generation: Actively engage in sales activities to generate new business opportunities. This includes prospecting, lead generation, and converting leads into sales. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Uniform Arena's product offerings, including uniforms, workwear, accessories, and customization options. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products to potential customers.
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the quality, durability, and value of Uniform Arena's products. Provide accurate and detailed information about customization options, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Order Processing and Follow-up: Coordinate with the sales support team to ensure smooth order processing, including accurate product selection, sizing, customization details, and timely delivery. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any post-sales inquiries or issues.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team to enhance our product offerings and sales strategies.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details using the company's CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Qatar Driving License: Possess a valid Qatar Driving License to travel to client locations, attend meetings, and conduct sales activities.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry such as apparel, uniforms, or workwear. Familiarity with sales techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals successfully.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Ability to confidently present products and engage in effective sales conversations with customers.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Result Orientation: Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Quick learner with a passion for understanding product details and specifications. Ability to articulate product features, benefits, and customization options to customers.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
